官方申请费 HK$600／人，获批后签发费 HK$1,300。高才通一般约 4 星期。续签须证明受雇或自营业务。审批由入境处酌情决定。Official application fee HK$600 per person; issuance fee HK$1,300 after approval. Top Talent Pass cases normally take about 4 weeks. Renewal needs evidence of employment or a business. Immigration decides each case.

• 往来港澳通行证与逗留（D）签注： 凭香港入境处的进入许可办理。高才通申请人可能需要赴港工作同意书。中介代办须已向公安备案（2026-09-15 起）。Exit-Entry Permit and stay (D) endorsement: Processed against the Hong Kong entry permit. Top Talent Pass applicants may need a consent letter to work in Hong Kong. An agent must have filed with the police from 15 September 2026.

• 社保与公积金： 出境定居可以提取公积金。养老保险如何处理，以当地人力资源和社会保障部门为准。Social insurance and housing fund: The housing provident fund may be withdrawn when settling outside the mainland. Pension treatment follows the local human-resources authority.

• 无犯罪记录证明： 供境外使用时，通常需要公证并办理海牙认证。Certificate of no criminal conviction: For use overseas it is normally notarised and apostilled.

• 个人外汇： 每人每年等值 5 万美元便利额度。不得分拆购汇。合规安排包括额度内经常项目、凭材料的超额用汇，以及 QDII、港股通、跨境理财通等。Personal foreign exchange: Each person has a facilitation quota equivalent to USD 50,000 a year. Splitting purchases is prohibited. Compliant routes include current-account use within the quota, documented use above it, and channels such as QDII, Stock Connect and Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect.

• 境外所得申报： 在共同申报准则下，境外所得一般于次年 3 月 1 日至 6 月 30 日申报，并可在限额内抵免。Overseas income reporting: Under the Common Reporting Standard, overseas income is generally reported from 1 March to 30 June of the following year, with a credit available within the limit.

• 香港身份证： 11 岁或以上、获准逗留超过 180 日的人，须在抵港 30 日内登记。Identity card: A person aged 11 or above who is allowed to stay more than 180 days must register within 30 days of arrival.

• 租房： 经持牌地产代理。租约须加盖印花。Renting: Use a licensed estate agent. The tenancy must be stamped.

• 买房与印花税： 额外印花税等措施自 2024-02-28 起取消。2026-02-26 起，价值 1 亿港元以上的住宅从价印花税调高至 6.5%。Buying and stamp duty: The extra stamp duties were withdrawn from 28 February 2024. From 26 February 2026, ad valorem stamp duty on a residential property above HK$100 million is 6.5%.

• 个人银行开户： 一般需要香港身份证或签证、地址证明，以及资金来源说明。Personal bank account: Banks generally ask for a Hong Kong identity card or visa, proof of address and a source-of-funds explanation.

• 驾照： 符合条件的内地驾照可免试换领香港正式驾照。2026-03-16 起须网上预约。Driving licence: An eligible mainland licence may be exchanged for a full Hong Kong licence without a test. Online booking is required from 16 March 2026.

• 医疗： 持有效香港身份证的人属符合资格人士。2026-01-01 起公立急症室每次 HK$400。自愿医保保费可扣税，每名受保人每年最多 HK$8,000。Healthcare: A valid Hong Kong identity card makes a person an eligible person. From 1 January 2026 the public accident-and-emergency charge is HK$400 a visit. Voluntary health-insurance premiums are deductible, up to HK$8,000 per insured person a year.

• 外籍家庭佣工： 须经持牌职业介绍所。2026-10-03 起规定最低工资 HK$5,220／月。Foreign domestic helper: Hire through a licensed employment agency. From 3 October 2026 the specified minimum wage is HK$5,220 a month.

• 宠物入境： 须向渔农自然护理署申领特别许可证。内地自 2025-06-03 起列入第三 A 组，符合条件可检疫 30 日。Pets: A special permit from the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department is required. The mainland has been in Group IIIA since 3 June 2025; quarantine can be 30 days if the conditions are met.

• 幼儿园、官立或资助学校、直接资助学校及国际学校的入学与插班。持受养人签证的子女可入读官立及资助学校；只持学生签证的，只能入读非公营学校。Kindergarten, government or aided schools, Direct Subsidy Scheme schools and international schools, including mid-year entry. A child on a dependant visa may attend government and aided schools. A student visa alone limits the child to non-public schools.

• 18 岁或以上的子女须另申请学生签证或其他计划。A child aged 18 or above needs a student visa or another scheme.

• 香港中学文凭与内地升学：内地高校设有招收香港中学文凭考试学生的计划。After the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, mainland universities run a scheme for Hong Kong students.

• 职专毕业生留港计划： 特区政府试行计划。非本地学生以学生签证入读合资格的职业训练局全日制高级文凭（两年制），毕业后可申请留港从事与课程相关的全职工作。2026/27 学年起涵盖 13 个行业、34 个课程。申请人须年满 18 岁。毕业后 6 个月内可申请 12 个月逗留以便觅工；若在 7 至 12 个月内已获聘，可申请回港就业。职业训练局提供实习、招聘讲座与工作配对。以入境处指南及职业训练局公布为准。VPAS: A Hong Kong SAR pilot. A non-local student on a student visa who completes an eligible full-time two-year VTC higher diploma may apply to stay for full-time work related to the programme. From 2026/27 it covers 13 industries and 34 programmes. Applicants must be 18 or older. Within 6 months of graduation they may seek a 12-month stay to look for work; someone already hired within 7 to 12 months may apply to return for employment. VTC offers internships, recruitment talks and matching. Follow the Immigration Department guide and VTC notices.

• 个人或家族信托： 须由按《受托人条例》注册的信托公司，或持 TCSP 牌照的服务商办理。注册信托公司的实缴股本不少于 HK$300 万。Personal or family trust: Use a trust company registered under the Trustee Ordinance, or a TCSP licensee. A registered trust company needs paid-up capital of at least HK$3 million.

• 单一家族办公室： 合资格交易的利得税率可为 0%。资产净值至少 HK$2.4 亿，在港多于 2 名全职员工，每年营运开支不少于 HK$200 万。Single family office: Profits tax on qualifying transactions can be 0%. Net asset value of at least HK$240 million, more than two full-time staff in Hong Kong, and annual operating expenditure of at least HK$2 million.

• 私人银行与投资账户： 投资意见须由证监会第 4 类持牌人提供；资产管理须由第 9 类持牌人提供。Private banking and investment accounts: Investment advice must come from an SFC Type 4 licensee. Asset management must come from a Type 9 licensee.

• 保险： 须由保险业监管局持牌中介办理。未经许可，不得在内地销售香港保单。Insurance: Use an Insurance Authority licensee. Hong Kong policies must not be sold in the mainland without permission.

• 香港薪俸税与个人入息课税： 累进税率 2%–17%。标准税率首 HK$500 万为 15%，余额 16%。基本免税额 2025/26 年度为 HK$132,000，2026/27 年度起为 HK$145,000。Salaries tax and personal assessment: Progressive rates 2%–17%. Standard rate 15% on the first HK$5 million and 16% on the rest. Basic allowance HK$132,000 for 2025/26 and HK$145,000 from 2026/27.

• 美国全球征税： 美国公民和绿卡持有人须就全球所得报税，并申报海外账户。United States worldwide tax: US citizens and green-card holders file on worldwide income and report foreign accounts.

• 续签与永居： 保留通常居住的证据：住所、工作、在港家人、纳税记录等。Renewal and permanent residency: Keep evidence of ordinary residence: a home, work, family in Hong Kong and tax records.

• 国籍： 中国不承认双重国籍。取得香港永久居民身份本身不改变国籍。Nationality: China does not recognise dual nationality. Hong Kong permanent residency does not itself change nationality.

• 退休： 包括强积金等安排。Retirement: Including the Mandatory Provident Fund.

• 父母来港： 父母不是人才计划下的受养人，一般凭探亲或旅游签注短期来港。Parents visiting: Parents are not dependants under the talent schemes. They normally visit on a family-visit or tourist endorsement.
